For nearly two centuries, the DKE Convention has presented the opportunity for all of DKE -- her alumni from around the world, and her actives from North America -- to come together as one, to enjoy the breadth of this brotherhood, to learn and to celebrate what it means to be a Deke.

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort will provide the setting for the 2008 Convention. Programming for the five-day event is being planned now, and alumni presenters are being sought to complement the educational schedule. Plan to be part of this every-other-year event, and sign up now.

Actives: every chapter of DKE is required to be represented at the convention by at least one delegate who will be in school full time during the 2008-09 school year. Chapters not represented at convention will be fined the full $700 convention fee. A chapter delegate who signs up before Dec. 31 will not only gain the early bird discount of $650, he will earn a $100 scholarship from the Rampant Lion Foundation, making the net fee $550 to the active who represents his chapter at all events.
