Dear Fellow Brothers of Delta Kappa Epsilon,
Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity has in place a Claims and Dispute Resolution Program. Making this program available to all Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity Brothers and Associate Members is a part of our continuing commitment to create an environment where members are enabled to participate in constructive communication.
The Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity Claims and Dispute Resolution Program binds the member and the Fraternity to handle problems through a series of measures designed to bring timely resolution. It is a process that allows claims and grievances to be objectively considered and resolved without forcing the member to resort to courts of law. By implementing this Program at large, Delta Kappa Epsilon International Fraternity is joining the ranks of many other successful, diverse organizations who have developed similar programs.
My hope is that no member will have occasion to use the Program, because I like to think that “Dekes Don’t Sue Dekes!” but should you have concerns with the Fraternity, with your chapter or with co-members, you will have access to an orderly, fair process that serves to resolve your concerns.
