Emerging Leaders Institute
Back and better than ever for the 2023 iteration, Emerging Leaders Institute is an opportunity for DKE’s emerging leaders to convene with likeminded brothers to discover their leadership potential, develop key skills critical to DKE’s future, and enjoy the company of others dedicated to mission and objects of Delta Kappa Epsilon.
Designed for current freshmen and sophomore members, this program introduces pivotal concepts necessary for effective leaders, but in a setting that removes distractions, emphasizes camaraderie, and delivers learning in an interactive format. We are excited to revive this program and continue immersing our youngest and newest members in the mold of Delta Kappa Epsilon.
Event Details
When: June 2-4, 2023
Where: Laguna Beach Christian Retreat, Panama City Beach, FL
Who: Two emerging leaders per chapter (freshmen or sophomore preferred)
How much does it cost: Registration is free with your chapter’s paid Spring Event fee. Chapters and their attendees are responsible for associated travel costs, though this year DKE is offering a travel subsidy for each member attending.
