Cody J. Hike currently serves as the Senior Coordinator of Education for Delta Kappa Epsilon. In this role, Hike oversees the development of all education course material, with emphasis on creating curriculum in chapter management, health & safety, and leadership development. He also supports the development of curriculum, event planning, and online engagement of our membership.
Cody is an initiate of the Indiana Lambda chapter of Phi Delta Theta at the University of Southern Indiana where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in History. He then obtained his Masters of Arts in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University while working in their Student Center Programs Office as well as their Office of Graduation and Retention. In his most recent role he served as the Program Coordinator for Leadership and Education at Beta Theta Pi’s Administrative Office.
Cody is passionate about providing a safe, accessible, and developmental fraternal experience. He brings with him a passion for education, online and in-person learning, and mental health and wellness education. Cody is a firm believer in the college fraternity and the positive lifelong impacts it can have on someone’s life.
