Morgan serves as our chapter consultant. As our primary travel consultant, Morgan visits chapters throughout the US and Canada and offers support to our members. He works alongside chapter leadership to capitalize on strengths and build strategic plans to improve operational performance. He is passionate about continuing to grow and strengthen the bonds of DKE throughout our chapters and build relationships with as many brothers as he can along his way.
Before working for the international headquarters, Morgan served in a variety of leadership roles at his home chapter, Phi Epsilon – University of Minnesota. He capitalized on external involvement of the chapter and building a positive reputational image. Throughout his undergraduate career, he served in many roles: chapter Social Chair, Recruitment Captain, and Vice President; a member of the Minnesota IFC on the Judicial Board; Minnesota’s student government executive board; Sexual Assault Prevention Advocate with the campus’ health services; and with DKE International on the Ritual Working Committee. Morgan strongly believes in the individual’s ability to make a difference within their chapter and an impact on their campus, and hopes to empower the students he works with to do the same.
