Rainey currently serves as Delta Kappa Epsilon’s first Growth Consultant. In this role, she supports Chapters and Associate Chapters who are striving to expand their membership in accordance with the Fraternity’s commitment to accelerating its growth. She oversees the development of recruitment training resources and strategic plans related to growth. Rainey believes that recruitment truly is the foundation of everything we do as an organization because the members we recruit today will be the leaders of the Fraternity tomorrow!
Prior to her role with Delta Kappa Epsilon, Rainey served as a Leadership Development Consultant for Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women. In that role she spent a year traveling to 29 universities across North America to support chapter leaders during recruitment, officer training, and all other chapter activities and operations. As an undergraduate at Loyola Marymount University, she served her chapter of Pi Beta Phi as Chapter President and was named Chapter President of the Year by LMU’s Collegiate Panhellenic Council. She continues to serve her chapter today as the Recruitment Advisor on her Alumnae Advisory Committee.
Though she herself is not a Fraternity man, Rainey’s grandfather was a member of the Phi chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon at Yale University in the 1940s. She is passionate about keeping Fraternity and Sorority Life relevant on college campuses and ensuring that the men we bring to Delta Kappa Epsilon are committed to our values and to the future of the Fraternity.
