Turner Spears serves as the Director of Administrative Services for Delta Kappa Epsilon. In this position, Turner oversees financial operations, roster management, housing support, and database management. He seeks to fulfill DKE’s strategic vision through providing a wide range of services and resources to chapter stakeholders surrounding financial and administrative best practices and requirements. Turner holds a fundamental belief that a chapter’s financial health is vital to its long term success.
Since joining the DKE International Staff in 2016, Turner has also served as a chapter consultant covering the Northeastern Region, Education Coordinator, and the Director of Alumni Services. As an undergraduate, Turner was initiated at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville – Lambda Tau Associate Chapter and held the positions of Recruitment Chairman, Philanthropy and Service Chairman, and New Member Educator.
Outside of DKE Int’l Staff, Turner has also served as an Intelligence Officer in the Michigan Army National Guard after beginning his military service in 2011 as an enlisted infantryman in the Tennessee Army National Guard.
