The Founding of Lambda Tau

The Lambda Tau Associate Chapter of Delta Kappa Epsilon was founded at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in January of 2014. The men of Lambda Tau want to make the most of their college experience by surrounding themselves with quality men who strive for excellence.

Fun Facts

  • Members of Lambda Tau are very involved in intramural sports on campus
  • Members of Lambda Tau come from 10 different states across the nation
  • Lambda Tau has an annual cabin weekend

Philanthropy and Service

In the fall, members of Lambda Tau participate in the Mountain Man run to support fallen soldiers. In the spring, Lambda Tau facilitates a March Madness bracket for service members.

Awards and Recognition

  • Highest New Member GPA, 2019
  • One of Lambda Tau’s brothers received a Prototype Excellence award in engineering
  • Lambda Tau awarded one of their brothers a “GOAT Award” for doing a great job at his summer internship
